In 1977, just prior to returning to the role of James T. Kirk for Star Trek: The Motion Picture, Shatner took on an army of furry, poisonous villains in Kingdom of the Spiders. The movie is genuinely creepy at times and might be too much for anyone genuinely afraid of spiders. And, for any PETA members out there, I find it very hard to believe that “no spiders were harmed in the making of this film.”

I actually remember this movie - and I recall it was creepy ( I'm no big fan of spiders )
