I almost never post on Saturdays but Walmarts having a one day deal today featuring amongst other things a 300 dollar laptop

The details are not complete but here's what I found out $298 Compaq CQ-139WM 15.4" laptop with 2GB RAM and 160GB hard drive

It's not the beefiest notebook in the world but the price is awesome. Think I'll even go and take a look and see what processor and video card the thing has. - below is from the press release.....

I asked 'em even tho they sold out - but they didn't remember (or weren't gonna tell) on the specs. I'd call your local store and see if they had any left and if they do find a way to get there quick. Apparently they will not hold products.
