Even though those annoying ads are still running on some networks, the founder of this particular snake oil is going to be doing some hard time.

Steve Warshak, founder of the company responsible for "Enzyte," has been sentenced to 25 years in prison and ordered to pay a fine of $93,000, says the AP. U.S. District Judge S. Arthur Spiegel also ordered the company, along with other defendants, to forfeit more than $500 million that it bilked from consumers.

We all kinda knew all the news about a Bigfoot shot and packed into a freezer was probably going to be bunk.. No one knew tho - the extent of the weirdness behind the story. And no - I don't think for a moment this was all harmless fun - I think it was a blatant cash grab.
